Stopping to smell the roses!

It was a beautiful day outside today so we spent time out in it. Our yellow rose bush is starting to bud, can't wait to see it in full bloom. Janelle loved being outside. We have little yellow flowers all over our lawn and she was picking them and giving them a smell before she tore them to shreads. It is so nice to get outside. I hope this means it's finally warming up and that we can expect more days like today from now on.

Look what the big girl can do!! I didn't really have to help her that much either. She hasn't spilled anything yet (Knock on wood) but it is only her first day. It's also her first day of potty-training. She's done very well with #2 but she hasn't figured out that the toilet is for #1 too. Sorry if that grosses you out but it's everyday talk here at the Dunford house (only more animated)! Like her bib? It's a dandy.

No nap day!

Our little princess! Janelle didn't get a nap yesterday and she was still a sweetie at 7pm. I was amazed.

We thought we'd test out uploading vidoes on our blog. It looks like it works so we'll try to get some good footage of Janelle. We were getting ready for bed here and Janelle blows you a kiss.

Our little Obsessive Compulsive daughter!

Janelle insists on buckling her buckles to her high chair every time she gets out. She gets really excited and laughs everytime. She's also obssesed with shutting draws and cuboards when they are open and if she finds a belt she tries her hardest to get it put around her and buckled. Quite the goofy child.

Smelling the tulips!

I've been waiting for a nice day to get Janelle's 18th month pictures taken but it's been so gloomy up here. One day the sun decided to peek out of the clouds for a couple minutes and I thought I should take the oppertunity for some pictures. Janelle really liked the tulips and was very gentle with them. She loved getting outside for a bit.

One last visit to the beach with our awesome friends before hitting the road to New York. It was nice to get some sun because we haven't seen much of it here in the Big Apple.

We don't get very many chances to get a famiy picture together but there were many people around after Brad's graduation last month to help. It'll probably be the last one for a while so enjoy.

This was taken after Brads graduation ceremony with our friends from his class. We had some really fun times with them. We'll miss them and wish them the best for thier futures.

Since my husband has decided to take us away from all our family and friends and live in New York, I decided to create this blog so that ya'll can keep an updated picture of us in your minds. I hope this helps us keep in touch and helps you watch our family grow physically and spiritually. Enjoy!
